Study on roadway deformation mechanism and reinforcement support technology under fault influence

Abstract: Shan Coal group Ling Zhi da Coal Industry Co., Ltd. 15202 face transport along the groove driving roadway is affected by the lateral support pressure and tectonic stress of the adjacent 15206 working face, the roadway damage deformation is serious. Through theoretical analysis, this paper studies the failure mechanism of roadway in fractured zone, and analyzes the lateral bearing pressure of the working face by numerical simulation, at the same time, the specific reinforcement support measures are taken. The results show that the lateral support pressure peak of the adjacent 15206 working face reaches 8.2MPa, the stress concentration coefficient reaches 1.52, the stress peak position is 8m from the edge of Goaf, in which the 6~18m range is the stress-increasing area, and the section coal pillar is affected by the mining of 15206 working face, Combined with the fault caused the coal pillar internal crushing, the strength decreases, causes the coal pillar and the coal pillar side floor to have the serious deformation destruction. After the implementation of reinforcement support scheme, 15202 face transport groove can maintain long-term stability for the face service.
